William James Bookman was born, April 5, 1982 in Houston, Texas to Willie and Rhonda Bookman. He attended Alcott Elementary, Hartman Middle School, Jesse H. Jones High School and was a star basketball player. After High School, Will did warehouse work for several years. He worked for Prefco, and NRG.

On Monday September 7, 2026, Will made his transition and woke in the arms of his heavenly father to be with his grandparents: Joseph & Ruth Bookman, and Betty Burns. His great-grandmother Quilla (Sugar). His uncle Will Bookman, aunts Madeline, Annie, Alice, Evelyn and cousin Tiffany.

He leaves to cherish his memory, His 2 children: Javon & Makala Bookman. His father Willie Bookman Sr. (Tammy), mother Rhonda Moore (Ellis, Mr. E.). Brother Willie Bookman Jr., Sister Tyshanada robinson, grandfather L. J.
